Emancipate Creativity

Ok so our Generation Sisterhood has been exceeding my expectations
each night we have gathered!

Last month the theme was 'Emancipate Creativity' and the night was out
of control zany and fun...
I spoke on the God bestowed ability for our feminine heart to be
creative beyond our natural abilities - it comes from being connected
to the Ultimate Creator Himself!
I read from Song of Songs again about the power of our womanhood ...
Song of Songs Six
Dear, dear friend and lover, you're as beautiful as Tirzah, city of delights,
Lovely as Jerusalem, city of dreams,
the ravishing visions of my ecstasy.
Your beauty is too much for me—I'm in over my head.
I'm not used to this! I can't take it in.
8-9 There's no one like her on earth,
never has been, never will be.She's a woman beyond compare.
My dove is perfection,
Pure and innocent as the day she was born, and cradled in joy by her mother.
Everyone who came by to see her
exclaimed and admired her—
All the fathers and mothers, the neighbors and friends,
blessed and praised her:
10 "Has anyone ever seen anything like this
dawn-fresh, moon-lovely, sun-radiant,ravishing as the night sky with its galaxies of stars?"

wow that's what God says about us!!!Do we believe it?
Do we live in this revelation?
Who we are is deeply creative!
What we do can also be creative!
Sometimes we have to stir up creativity within us... Put ourselves in
positions that cause us to step out...
So under every girls seat at Sisterhood that night was a creative challenge...
20 diff challenges and no one was allowed to swap!!!There was challenges like..,
go sing at a Karoake Clubsort out the plastics drawer in stilletos
ride a Harley davidson
lie under the clouds and discover shapes
sing in a choir
so the last one was mine and the only choir I could think of was my
daughters school choir and I told her I would come and sing there andshe stopped for a minute thought about it and then said "mum please
don't because you really can't sing"

so I'm yet to find another choir!!
For some of the fun had throughout this challenge the girls posted on
the GenSisterhood Facebook wall so check it out...
I'm going to write in my next blog about an amazing encounter one new
friend had with God that night and all the creativity that has flowedsince (just got to get her permission)

Anyway for the girls that were there thanks for being part of the
journey and for those who were not able to make it I will make the
teaching available asap!!

Have the best week and go be your creative best!!!Love you all

Vanessa xoxo
